Banh It Tran. The meat and yellow beans are wropped in mochi and there is a sweet and spicy num pla. Please eat with bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled carrots and radish. The peanuts on top are very good with
Banh It Tran and very delicious.
This is Vietnam style Zenzei. It's called
Che Ba Ba. Che means dessert. Ba Ba means in southern Vietnam. So,
Che Ba Ba is often eaten in the southern part of Vietnam. It's made from sweet patato, tapioka, yellow beans and coconuts milk. It's sweet and delicious. You can eat this warm or cold.
